This place is so much more than a clinic. I absolutely love my PCP. The recovery help I've gotten here has been lifesaving. Everyone is so amazing from the front desk people, to the nurses the blood work people. They can help you with so much. They have lots of community resources and help set you up with white bird and serenity lane. I have the option to see my doc every 3 months but I love it here so much I come monthly. They now have counseling and the patio. If you are thinking about getting clean or you need to start small by just going to doc appointment. This is the place to start, flourish and live healthy.
As somebody who’s been living with Hiv since 2008 and being new to town, they sure did their job right. It’s always weird moving to a new town with Hiv and hopefully getting the support. The Hiv Alliance was above and beyond still to this day of helping me get what I need. I love you guys. Thank you.
I love and support volunteer organizations. I volunteer as a professional myself. But when they allow the one nurse to show up or not show up at her will without notifying the clinic, something is horribly wrong. I went in for an STI screening on their every other Monday offering only to find out that the nurse chose not to come that day and that is the routine: "sometimes she shows up and sometimes she doesn't." I find that unacceptable and unprofessional. It takes a minute to send an email or a text of whether or not you can show up. I had called ahead even and they just didn't know if she would show.
