Lisa is an incredibly intuitive and skilled healer. She has a warm kindness about her that allows me to feel safe and at ease. Since I've been seeing her, I no longer get intense muscle spasms in my neck and back. Unlike other massages I've had, I never feel sore after therapy from Lisa despite the fact that she makes an immense amount of progress on my tight muscles each session. Overall, my body, mind and spirit feel lighter, I can't recommend her enough!
