My 9-year-old Dell tower suddenly started freezing. This guy did the software repair in just a little more than 24 hours, and everything is working great. He also cleaned up the tower (was VERY dusty) so much that it looks brand new. 4 rather than 5 stars because I thought the $220 total was a little high.
Overall a great experience. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. They replaced my laptop screen with no problem and had my laptop back in less than a week. They were very knowledgeable and were extremely accommodating to my needs. I would recommend them and will definitely use them again in the future for any repairs I may need.
The great shop they got me exactly what IWanted and at the best price too they even met me after hours to give me my new computer and they transferred my old data perfectly definitely going back for another experience
