I have been with office for over 15 years I am an avid advocate for my mental health and they have always been grade A with me front desk ladies are present dr.s are present and timely and I feel heard!
Robert Bastien is amazing. Gives clear info, listens to concerns, and replies with mindful care even with such a short allowance for appointment time.
The phone staff is cold, condescending, and honestly a bit rude. I get anxious and scared to call in. It would be awesome to see this improved.
I understand there are likely many folks who call in upset. Psychiatrist dealings means we are often not calling in on our best days as people. Feeling hopeless and confused with lots of questions is a venerable place to be as a person. Fielding calls from clients in this state can also be a tough position as an employee. I have constantly had pleasant interactions with this office. Staff are always kind, respectful, and quick to resolve requests/issues (I.e if my pharmacy had issues receiving a prescription, or sending a message to my provider). Robert Bastien is an excellent provider at this office. Highly recommend Oregon Psychiatric Partners
