“I had a perfectly reasonable experience with this clinic. They take my vision insurance so my visit was incredibly cheap, the OD was efficient but friendly and professional. The lady who did my intake and pre-exam could have done well to warn me that one of the machines produces a searingly-painful flash of light directly into your eyes. Halfway through I was clearly in pain and all she said was, "oh, looks like you're sensitive". Yes, I guess I'm quite sensitive to blinding lights. As I imagine most humans are.“
