I know i have short patients and that can lead me to being abrasive, I know these things about me and made that pretty clear when told I need glasses, and the process of getting them right was torcher and I have not made their lives easier, that said they have been very professional and patiant with me witch made me want to be calmer and nicer to them, coming from me this is a giant compliment and a tribute to their professionalism, not something I can say about their competition, thank you Rainbow for your support and patients in a time of turmoil and agony on my part 😊 you have a client for life
