I recently hired this company for a roof inspection on a manufactured home and was very impressed with the thoroughness and professionalism of the inspection.
The inspector took the time to carefully evaluate the entire roof system and explain the findings in a way that was easy to understand. They identified several issues that had not been clearly explained previously, including concerns with roof penetrations, edge metal, fascia condition, previous roof openings, and gutter condition.
