So far, have only had the assessment done, but was so impressed with Harry, the employee who inspected our crawl space and attic. I loved how the company provides you with a personalized description of the individual who will be coming to your home--really makes you feel more comfortable and reduces the anonymity and anxiety of interacting with a stranger in your living room. Harry was informative (used props to demonstrate insulation methods), thoughtful, thorough (took many photos during inspection), and did not feel like a sales person. Would definitely recommend.

This job wasn't without issues, thus 4 stars instead of 5. The contract included cleanup in the crawl as well as duct work, it also included ducting to the roof. The initial crew that performed the work did both the crawl and the roof. There were many issues when they left, the big ones were potential roof leak points and paid work that was never completed. I fear what would have happened to my home if I didn't inspect all of the work myself. IMO a roofing specialty team should be scheduled for roof work, which this team was not.After I left my initial review, I was contacted by the Eugene office. They sent an excellent employee Cylas to follow up and inspect the work....read full review

I met with Garland today for a estimate of what we need done under our mobile home and he was so professional starting with the communication of his arrival time, he had everything he needed to do the estimate, he looked it over and was through, then informed me that it wasn’t a project that there company does ( it was a small patch job from a water damage) he was very pleasant and helpful . I would refer him and his company comfortably to anyone that would be interested in there services
