We've relied on Imperial Floors for years. The service and skill were always exceptional. As the manager, Casey always provided excellent communication and follow up. Our floors were beautifully installed by experts! Thanks also to Bernard.

From the moment we entered the store we were impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of their products. We were looking to purchase vinyl flooring and carpeting for our whole house. We were able to take samples home to decide which products would fit our needs. Once we chose what we wanted Ashley Taylor came to our home for measurements and we were scheduled for the installation three weeks later. The installers were exceptional and made sure our home was clean before leaving. The installers were able to work around some of the heavier furniture and piano that was left in place.
