I had a wonderful experience getting a facial with Jules. She was very attentive and professional. The environment, however, was very chaotic. While I was receiving my treatment the other students kept asking when I was going to be done because they needed the table—they asked multiple times and I felt very rushed. I do understand that it is a school, but things could have been handled more gracefully and professionally.

I called and said I needed to schedule an appointment for as soon as possible and the receptionist said they had availability for the next day at 9 am I said okay and then she asked my name and everything and said my appointment was booked no other questions were asked I showed up at 9 am the next day I drove almost 2 hrs for this appointment and they refused my service because the receptionists did not ask me all the necessary questions for my pre appointment booking the gentleman and the lady at the 2 front desk where extremely rude and I DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE if you wanna be disrespected

I've been coming in to this beauty school for years, and I've never left disappointed. Today and yesterday were no different. Yesterday I went in for a haircut- I wanted to chop off over a foot of hair, and get a nice, neat bob. Stephanie was incredible! She was knowledgeable about how to work with curly hair, incredibly attentive, and very kind, making sure to check in on me often just to make sure that the haircut was something I was liking the look of. Stephanie was clearly skilled, and I felt very well taken care of the entire time I was in her chair. I walked out feeling fantastic, with a haircut and style I adore. So today I went back and got my newly shorn hair dyed! Bell was great! She was fun to talk to, helped me find a color that worked great with my skin tone, and listened when I explained how my hair needed to be treated (I have an odd spot where dye doesn't strike as quickly as the rest). She was kind, went out of her way to make sure that I was comfortable, and her skill was apparent. I was so excited to see how it would come out, and my excitement wasn't misplaced! My hair looks fantastic, and I'm so, SO happy with it. I can't recommend going to get cuts and colors here enough.
