The front counter people are always super sweet and helpful. The shop is nice & open with good ambiance. I’ve only ever dealt with the piercers, but they’ve all been cool & patient. They have helped me take my jewelry in and out for medical procedures multiple times and are always accommodating.
Best service ever, the piercing staff is really professionnal, Bunny Knox helped us with a troubleshooting and I really recommend getting served by this piercer!! If I was not from Montreal, I will definetly go there again. Thanks!
Got my first tattoo at this location. Nathan made the whole process feel comfortable and manageable for me. Very patient and had helpful insight that was much appreciated. I will definitely be coming back in the future!
