“Donovan worked miracles with the absolute mess of a backyard at my rental property. When I hired him, he faced a 1/4 acre of blackberry roots, tree stumps, weeds, dirt mounds, etc., and he turned this mess into a gorgeously landscaped yard in just a few weeks, I was amazed, and when I put my rental property on the market a few weeks later, it sold for 2.5 times what I had paid for it five years earlier. That would never have happened without the great work Donovan did. He removed the remaining blackberries and weeds, turned a giant stump into a rock garden, excavated parts that weren't level, and removed the old unhealthy lawn in the front yard. He then brought in mulch, fixed up an old shed to make it look great, installed a beautiful lawn surrounded with a rock border made from all the rocks he found around the property, and planted flowers. My realtor couldn't believe the transformation and we ended up listing and selling for a much higher asking price than she had initially suggested. Since the old deck had rotted away, Donovan also built a new deck from scratch, as well as building a new fence and gate where we had to remove the old one because it collapsed. On top of that he cleaned the place up nicely, including powerwashing, and then came by frequently to keep the new lawn watered and mowed, because I live three hours away. I am so grateful to Donovan for all the work he did, at a better price than any competitor, and for all of the initiative he brought into the project, designing an entirely new backyard and getting everything installed and ready in just a couple of weeks. “Brian did a bathtub/shower conversion to a walk in marble composite shower. We are very happy with the end result as as the look is very pleasing and the craftsmanship is excellent. He is pleasant and straight forward in communication and suggested less costly but more efficient choices when planning for trimmings,etc. we appreciated his honesty.

The sub contractors he brought in where also pleasant and competent in there skills. Everyone went out of their way to problem solve and accommodate our needs, some of which were out of the ordinary. They also cleaned up thoroughly at the end of the day.
I highly recommend Brian and his team members and am now in the process of hiring him to do our 2nd bathroom.

was the perfect time to have the roof built
out to extend over the deck. The
experience was the best one Ive ever had
working with a contractor! He
communicated with me throughout the
entire project, showing me pictures of
before, during and after! That
communication is GOLD! Tim's crew was
continuously hard working, respectful and
so quick! The roof tear-off and the
completed new roof (3,400 sq ft) and huge clean-up was
done in 18 Hrs total! And very reasonably
priced! I am now saving money to have Tim do some other projects for me! I
