Prompt, detailed information about when they would show up, efficient, cleaned up afterward. Work looked up to our satisfaction. Very happy. Will use again. He Purchased all the materials so we had only to pay his estimated bill which was right on.
Tim is a savior! I found myself in a desperate situation with a poorly working mini split during 90 degree weather on a Sat. I needed a handyman to pick up a portable a/c at a previous residence, bring it to the new residence and then make a new window insert for the new windows. Tim responded almost immediately and offered to leave the job site his crew was at to come and help me! He does great work, is super conscientious and a sweetheart. He cares about the work that he does for you and that you're happy with it too. He went above and beyond for me that day and I'm so grateful. Very responsive too. I highly recommend.
Highly recommended. Tim had fixed water heater for us. He responded promptly on my massage and make him self available despite of his busy schedule. He is a great communicator and man of his word. I definitely be calling him for my next future job
