Tim is a savior! I found myself in a desperate situation with a poorly working mini split during 90 degree weather on a Sat. I needed a handyman to pick up a portable a/c at a previous residence, bring it to the new residence and then make a new window insert for the new windows. Tim responded almost immediately and offered to leave the job site his crew was at to come and help me! He does great work, is super conscientious and a sweetheart. He cares about the work that he does for you and that you're happy with it too. He went above and beyond for me that day and I'm so grateful. Very responsive too. I highly recommend.
Highly recommended. Tim had fixed water heater for us. He responded promptly on my massage and make him self available despite of his busy schedule. He is a great communicator and man of his word. I definitely be calling him for my next future job
I had Tim replace a bathroom fan light, heater unit. He responded quickly, showed up on time. Measured the hole, purchased the unit, and installed it, tested it, showed the tenants that it worked, cleaned up after himself. Charged a reasonable rate. He's a great person and he is now my go to handyman!
