Highly recommended. Tim had fixed water heater for us. He responded promptly on my massage and make him self available despite of his busy schedule. He is a great communicator and man of his word. I definitely be calling him for my next future job
I had Tim replace a bathroom fan light, heater unit. He responded quickly, showed up on time. Measured the hole, purchased the unit, and installed it, tested it, showed the tenants that it worked, cleaned up after himself. Charged a reasonable rate. He's a great person and he is now my go to handyman!

with! I needed a new roof and thought it
was the perfect time to have the roof built
out to extend over the deck. The
experience was the best one Ive ever had
working with a contractor! He
communicated with me throughout the
entire project, showing me pictures of
before, during and after! That
communication is GOLD! Tim's crew was
continuously hard working, respectful and
so quick! The roof tear-off and the
completed new roof (3,400 sq ft) and huge clean-up was
done in 18 Hrs total! And very reasonably
priced! I am now saving money to have Tim do some other projects for me! I
