Tiffany is amazing! My wife and I had been looking for a house. We tried the credit unions and even a bank but we couldn't get approved for enough of a loan to buy a move in ready home. Our realtor suggested we try Tiffany at emerald valley mortgage. I've heard great things about her, from friends so we gave her a try. Not only was she able to get us approved for more than $50k over the credit union loans, but she went above and beyond to make sure we got the house we wanted. If there was an option for 10 stars I would give them ALL to this lady! She works with American Home Funding in Eugene on Oak Street. We just used her to purchase a home that we absolutely love! It wasn't a straight forward loan process and she guided us through the entire thing. Always was there to answer our questions and NEVER acted as though we were bothering her (even with all the emails and calls) She was quick to respond to all of our concerns and she worked super quick and efficient to get us into this home!
