Well, I just can't enough how happy I am with Tyler and Jamie. Tyler was so very nice, he explained everything to me down to the very littlest details, and he was very patient with me. Jamie was also so very nice, he kept me informed on all the delays and that was very important to me, and thank him enough, your company is awesome!!!!
Chris White from Expert Roofing came to look at where I had been having a leak in my garage. He was very methodical in his checking. Then he went up on the roof and spent 20-30 minutes. He could not find a source for the leak, but since it happened during the ice storm, he said he'd been seeing ice damming, which is when ice begins to thaw under the ice but the water has no where to go but down, finding the slightest hole or crack. This explanation made sense to me and also his other comments about my roof were truth. I recently got a roof inspection and quote for a roof replacement. Tyler came out and did a very thorough inspection of my attic and roof when most companies i got inspections only did the roof. Gave me a very detailed explanation on what could be my problem of my leaking roof also did great job of explaining about their products he was very attentive gave me check up text couple days later. Even though i did not accept the bid due to budget reasons i would recommend this company.
