The owners of this company are knowledgeable, patient, and back up their work. Had a slight issue with my gutter system after the first big rain, and they immediately came back out here and fixed my issue, free of charge. Highly recommend this company. Office staff is very great at communicating with customers also, which I appreciated! The guys that came out and did the actual work were very professional and kind.

Second chance roof did a great job. Worked with my tenant making them comfortable doing their work during Covid. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to others.

I would recommend 2nd Chance Roof & Chimney for your next roofing job. I’m pleased with the work they did … pricing good, professional, communication (answered all my questions, quickly) great! … but what impressed me most, was the involvement of the owners. Both were hands on and present, before, during and after the job. Always available to answer my questions and concerns. Rare. Thank you.
