In 2020 I volunteered to serve on the Board of my HOA with the express intention of shepherding through a much-needed, property-wide roof replacement for 28 units. After reviewing bids from 3 companies we selected Evergreen Roofing - they weren't the highest or the lowest, but their bid was very comprehensive, and Eric Baker was willing to work with us to piece out the project in phases, which was incredibly helpful for us financially. Love my new roof. They stripped my old roof, put down new decking, vented my attic properly, and laid a gorgeous new roof in a fast 1.5 days. They cleaned up afterwards as well, something I've never experienced with roofers. No stray nails or shingles in my yard! I also work odd hours and they were able to communicate over email as I sleep during normal business hours. Its been 5 months and I have no complaints. Would use them again.
