Emerald Stump Removal was hired to remove roots but several roots were left, left a mess, moved bricks and boards in my yard and didn't return them to the place they were taken, bent edging and left ruts in landscape rocks without raking to return them to original. He asked me to get the ground very wet but was too wet. Rather than reschedule, he left mud holes, and mess from backyard to front of house. Left on hoses making more of a muddy mess. He quoted me a price then doubled it assuming it would take him longer. When it took 1.25 minutes to complete work still charged me the high quote, charging $320 p/hr. over double his hourly rate.
