Very impressive all the way from quote, to job done. Everyone was polite, without sales techniques applied, straight up, and responsible. Amazing outcome on the job, wish would of had wood refinish years earlier. The two men who did the work at the house, were professional, prompt, and worked hard and efficient,. They were considerate and polite.

I was referred to them per our realtor, and my neighbor had her new home wood floor done by them.

I give them highest marks, it could not of gone better.

“There is nothing but good things to say about Michael and his " crew" !!!!!! We had a substantial water leak up stairs from a toilet, after a weekend out of town, that ended up leaking through the ceiling onto the downstairs floor. causing about 40k worth of damage. after performing mitigation, Michaels crew replaced about 1300 sq feet of flooring down stairs( the newer flooring I had installed about five years ago was discontinued), they moved all of my belongings from room to room, I did not have to lift a flinger. they even found some damage that was not caused by the original water leak and they took care of it. He was able to coordinate with my insurance company on the payment aspects. he was even able to help convince the insurance company for some " upgrades" including replacing carpet upstairs, better quality bathroom vanity and installing new trim( which was missing before repairs). Both employees that he sent out to perform the repairs were extremely nice and respectful!“
