Got a pedicure there and their order of things is not very clear and confusing. Front desk was very helpful! They had me and my friends sit down and ask where our polish was, we were not told to grab any and they huffed at us. I wanted a massage along with my pedicure and they said they charge $1- 2 for a couple minute massage and the $5 for a 10 min. I did the lesser amount and they didn’t even message my feet or legs. Very disappointing, at least it was just a couple $$ but still… the employee I had was just very rude.

I have never had a problem when going to Caesars! They always do an amazing job with my nails and I always love the way they look! Rosie did my nails this time and it was exactly what I wanted!!
But unfortunately this time I wasn’t super happy with how my toes turned out. i didn’t get her name but the older lady that did my pedicure was consistently stabbing at my toes, shaped one of my toe nails weirdly and used a wooden tool that had old red nail polish on it. By the end of my pedicure I just wanted to get out of that chair. my first visit and I wasn't very impressed . The chair was not working , I was very uncomfortable in it ( the rollers weren't moving but digging into my back ). The mail person I had didn't seem to care. The results were messy . My toenails were unevenly cut , the paint was not on the entire nail. She filed the gel after which makes it not last as long . I would not go back to this person.
