Ok. I’m impressed. I just moved to Eugene a week ago and took a chance on what Google said was close by. I went online, made an appointment for 1 hour later, on a Saturday!!! The registration process was super smooth and the front office woman was very pleasant. Maybe 4 ppl in the waiting room, which was super clean, and got right in, right out, in no time. I can’t vouch for all times, every time, but this was a great experience.
A little bit of a wait. However, the front people were very nice and provided water. The gal that took me back didn't rush me thru my symptoms. Bo the xray guy was fabulous he had an awesome personality. I believe my doctor's name was Linda and she was very thorough. She didn't get upset (some like rush ya out) listened to me and explained things. I don't know if anyone has experienced their regular dr not listening to chest and heart, look in ears, and check throat, but she didn't hesitate did it without being asked. Being an asthmatic it should be routine care, but it's not at Peace Health clinics I go to. The hour wait was well worth it.... read full review
the wait for urgent care was terrible; however once in clinic, that care was efficient and wonderful. Problem solved and I am in deep gratitude for that. Thank you
Just had another visit to Urgent Care and it was so easy from the friendly fellow check patients in to a wonderful doctor who was efficient yet not hurried. She was willing to answer all my questions FIVE STARS FOR THIS VISIT.
