i had bathcrest replace the safety grab rails in my walk-in shower that were damaged by calcification. they had to travel 75 miles to florence to do the work for me. they came out once to measure and estimate the job and then came back once the parts came in to do the work. they showed up when they promised and were on time! they recommended a brushed finish on the bars instead of the shiny gloss that the old bars had. excellent upgrade! our hands don't slip on the new bars like they did with the old bars. their price was reasonable, especially with all the travel involved. i would highly recommend bathcrest!!

These guys were very nice and professional! The owner Paul did our estimate and he was great and friendly! Phil did the work and did a wonderful job! I believe Chris came the next day to finish up the work. He was in and out so quickly that he forgot to ask for payment. We called the office and the nice lady came by and picked up the payment. We couldn’t afford a new tub so we went with bathcrest to make our bathtub look brand new!! It definitely does! Looks beautiful!! They gave us some tips on what products to use and not use to keep the tub looking beautiful. Thank you Bathcrest for fixing our bathtub!! Paul exceeded customer service!!

Bath Crest is AMAZING. It was thought that our tub simply had several large and smaller pitted rust spots. When the technician showed up, it proved otherwise. The tub was badly stained by some other chemical. In less than 45 minutes from start to finish, the technician sanded out the stains and polished the tub, then cleaned up and moved on. The tub looks brand new! The technician was pleasant and polite, and went right to work and did an amazing job!!! I strongly endorse Bath Crest. I would call them again in a heartbeat. George L. Derr
