“Hello, generally my experience was satisfactory, however the doctor who conducted my exam didn’t take a lot of time with me. I know from a previous visit to another eye care doctor in Eugene that I have the beginning of cataract but not ready for removal. The doctor here didn’t mention it. When I got my glasses The doctor over corrected my vision. I was told to wear them a week and come back later if my eyes had not adjusted to the new prescription. When they didn’t I again saw the same doctor who over corrected my vision. Again he didn’t take much time with me as he dialed in the correct measurements for my new glasses. He acknowledged he had over corrected for my vision during the first visit and upon his departure from the exam room he never offered an apology for the inconvenience I incurred as a result of his examination.

Everyone has bad days so I’m giving this doctor the benefit of any doubts I had about his competency and/or demeanor. The rest of the staff were gracious and accommodating, especially the woman who fit my new glasses after the second exam. As a result of this experience I am transferring my business to another eye provider in Eugene. Thank you for the service I received and wish the staff and doctors at Pacific Clear Vision in Cottage Grove office success in their endeavors.“
