Incredibly difficult to work with, struggle severely with insurance, and are more focused on seeming overly nice and telling you how great your teeth are than being honest. Went in for a cavity fill, realized a week later it's only half filled and I still have a visible hole in my tooth.

Real good at the teeth fixing but needs to work on numbing part uses the needle too much. And had trouble with billing so nice people just have some bugs to workout.

I have been going to this clinic for 3 years with my whole family . I had my annual cleaning and x-rays in July. Patty, the receptionist, asked if anything had changed on my end regarding address and insurance, to which it had not. Didn't pay anything for that appointment (because that appointment was preventative care and covered 100% by my in-network insurance). But I needed to come back a week later to have a cavity filled and was quoted $90 because they were in network with my insurance. Had my cavity filled and Patty told me that the price was actually only $75 per my insurance, which I paid. Then, I find out a week later that they went out of network with my insurance 6 months prior, they never told me. When Patty asked me if anything had changed on my end, that would have been a good time for her to let me know that things had changed on their end . Their website clearly states they are in network with my insurance (Aetna) (Patty didn't even know they had gone out of network 6 months earlier ) and now they are charging me for everything and refuse to work with me on it . They are taking no responsibility in this matter. I have been very kind and professional in trying to resolve this matter and they have completely ghosted me and they keep sending me bills. Super disappointed in their lack of care and unprofessional manner.

I went to this dentist for 3 years. I was texting with the receptionist to reschedule and she ghosted me and charged me a $50 no show fee. My new dentist is Oakmont dental and their services are incredible and more affordable than Dr Greenwood. Not to mention, it has been incredibly hard getting anything resolved at his practice. No one calls back or answers emails. I wouldn’t bother with this dentist office again. Far better choices in Eugene/springfield.

Ok dentist. Just make sure you don’t try to use your insurance with them. Initially they tell you they work with them, but after services you get informed they don’t work with insurance and want you to pay for bill out of pocket.

I have not been to a Dentist in over 15 years due to a bad experience. ... which makes me extra thankful I had the courage to try this place out. Hands down, the best dental experience I have ever had! :,)

I hate going to the dentist... And hands down this is the best one I've been to in my 30 years. I come out of each appointment having learned something because Dr. Greenwood takes time to help you understand exactly what he's talking about and doing throughout your appointment in a way that's easy for the layperson to understand. I really appreciate each person on his staff as well. Great team.
