“My 10 year old (and a friend) got her ears pierced at Rising Tides about 3 weeks ago. She was nervous and had a lot of questions, and Sarvas was patient, kind and not pushy at all. She was given the space to ask questions and Sarvas walked through each and every step with her. Sarvas made it very clear it was her choice and if she opted out, that was fine. But she did it! And as expected, it was not nearly what she had built up in her head and she was really glad she followed through. :)

A couple of days ago she lost one of the earrings - we think it got snagged on a life jacked (so our fault). We were able to temporarily put one of my earrings in to get her through the night, but Sarvas was very quick to reply to my messages and met me early in the morning on a day that Rising Tides was closed to get a replacement for her. She wasn't able to come with me to get the earring inserted, but Sarvas walked me through how to get it in her ear and we successfully did it at home with no issues! “5 days ago one of my earrings I got from them 8 ish months ago fell out. I went in and it turned out it broke! When I went in, they sent it in for repair and allowed me to get another piece to put in as a replacement. While I was there, I got an absolutely BEAUTIFUL new piercing with absolutely beautiful jewelry. 5 days later, and I looked in the mirror and it was gone. Now I have long hair so it gets caught on my piercings easily, especially new ones since you need the longer post, so I chalked it up to me not paying attention to my earring while fixing my hair. I went in to buy a temporary replacement piece for the healing process and get it put in while looking for the original. While I was there, I was speaking with Logan and another girl from one of the other stores (wish I caught her name) and they were so understanding and even helping me think of places it could be. When Mason (the piercer) was so kind, funny, and made me feel very comfortable during the install of the new jewelry when he discovered the post broke! I had a good laugh because what are the chances! It happens, so I wasn’t mad. When the install was complete, we got an order for a replacement going and they told me that they would call me when it was ready and I didn’t owe anything. I have been going to High Priestess and their sister stores in Arizona for years. Every single one that I have been to has been fantastic but this location specifically has just gone above and beyond for me and I am so grateful for them! Logan was amazing with helping get the repair and replacement sorted. Megan, who did the piercing and replacement the first time I was in did fantastic and told me exactly what to expect from her. Finally Mason was amazing today, I was so comfortable and he was just so kind and talked through the entire thing. I will honestly never go anywhere for a piercing but High Priestess!!“
