Scheduling is easy, reminders are helpful and not intrusive, and procedures during the exam are thoroughly explained. Patients are given many opportunities to ask questions and learn interesting eye facts. One parent of a 9-year-old child found the visit exceeded expectations, noting the doctor was amazing, made the child feel comfortable, explained every single process and the importance of each step, with a short wait time and reasonable price. Dr. Jones and Trevor are absolutely the best! I’m a mom of an autistic son who struggles with new situations, new people and new places. After a failed visit, we talked and came up with a plan. They showed how much they care and how important it was for us to have a successful visit. They worked with us. We visited the office with no appointment scheduled so my son could talk with them and have a tour. They asked me questions to help make the visit successful and truly truly care. Even after having a failed visit where they did not need to push forward and have us back in their office, they opened their doors and their hearts and welcomed us back. We had our successful visit and I have one happy 9 year old who trusts them and can’t wait to go back! They are seriously the best and I highly recommend their clinic!!

Dr. Frost is EASILY the best, and most pleasant, optometrist I have ever seen! I have had glasses since I was 11 or so and have never had such perfect prescriptions before. Her and her husband run an amazing practice that not only offer exceptional service but unbelievable prices. I highly recommend going to the Frosts for all of your eye care needs.
