I had to get two of my old pairs of eyeglasses repaired. One pair was fourteen years old, the other seven, almost eight years old. I wear them every waking hour; so, they are well worn. This wonderful department repaired them for me. The quality of their glasses is great, and the service and people is outstanding. I highly recommend Valley Eye Care. They go above and beyond. Pat K.
Easy, very friendly staff. Hadn't gone to an eye doctor in 8 years and it was honestly no sweat, and pretty affordable given I wasn't on any insurance. Will be going back if needed, no problem, but also it doesn't seem like I'll need to. Fantastic doctor who was totally down to tell me what part of the eye on the diagram is a tear duct even though it wasn't really relevant to anything
Exchange policy is truly honored with no questions asked . When trying on frames it's hard to really tell how they look on you until the lense prescription is in place on that frame. A pair I picked out for order were just to "oversized " on me when they came in so I found another pair that were a narrower fit and they were so happy to help me be satisfied. The girls were super helpful and friendly. Selection of frames is broad. Thank You Valley Eye Care
