She is very gentle in her application of the extensions which also puts me at ease.I am over the moon with the end results! “Have come here twice now to get my nails done by Emily and she is incredible! First time I did the maroon with gold glitter. Second time was the white with silver/ white glitter. I gave her my ideas and she knocked it out of the park! Next time I showed an inspo pic and she went to work on the design! Overall my nails are probably pretty "easy" and not much detail, but they are beautiful and exactly what I want! Her Instagram is packed full of incredible detailed designs. She has tons of colors to pick from. She's so professional, timely, and kind. I love the small salon it's not crowded or overwhelming. Tastefully decorated and clean! The other tech is so kind as well. Appointment only I believe and there's 3 techs that work here. I will be a regular customer/ client for sure and want to bring my mom and friends for pedicures next. Thanks Emily for a great manicure. Not to mention the hard gel (not sure the official name) is absolutely the best manicure product I've ever tried. Normal gel is fun, but doesn't last long, dip always cracked for me and acrylics are just not sturdy and clean. I love these because they are so strong, they don't crack, break, or peel. They grow out so strong and stay on your mail so well. Also the consistency is unbeatable. The glitter is so pigmented and consistent that it looks amazing!! Cannot beat this style of manicure. If you've never had this type done you need to try it. It is the best.“

“Lisa had the most affable and warm personality I've experienced from a waxer yet. She was clear about her expectations up-front (go in trimmed, my PNW ladies!) and the room was warm, clean, and made completely comfortable by the warm towels and eye pillow Lisa provided. I can tell she cares about quality and making the process as painless as possible. As with all waxes in the nether regions: be super clear about what "design" you want ... a lot gets lost in translation and there are sundry definitions of "french" etc. She doesn't do Brazilians for reasons I will never know, so if you're looking to get out of there ready to pose for Maxim, you'll be disappointed.“

“This review is a little overdue. I had my appointment at the end of November, for the one hour microdermabrasion service. Let me start off by saying I've never had a facial or microdermabrasion before, so I didn't know what to expect, and I can't say whether this was a really good one or just an average one because I don't have anything to compare it to. That being said, it was a great experience. The location was easy to find, though it is in a building with other offices, and there's no huge sign out front (at least not that I remember) but unless you're really inept you shouldn't have a hard time getting in there. The short of it-- the space was comfortable and well-appointed, and Devin was nice, professional, and thorough, with a laid-back, relaxing attitude. For more details, read on. Devin greeted me upstairs and did a short intake form for me, asking questions about medications or anything that would affect the facial, and went over the procedure with me since it was new to me. The first thing that struck me was that she was very polite and friendly while still being professional, which I prefer to overly-chatty or that fake super-sweetness. She didn't seem to treat me any less well than a full-paying customer, even though I had a groupon that made the service 50% off. I have experienced some businesses who act annoyed or try to short you on the service when you have a groupon or living social voucher, and this was certainly not the case here. The room where the service was done was very well-appointed and comfortable, as was the table. She was a great communicator and gave off a relaxing vibe. The facial seemed very thorough with many varieties of nice-smelling things being applied, hot towels twice (which were the perfect temp), she did a couple of extractions which were not painful, lots of light massaging on the face and a little into my shoulders and around my collar bones. The microdermabrasion machine didn't hurt or anything, it felt kind of like she described it-- like being licked by a cat's tongue. When it was finished my skin felt and looked radiant and smooth. I was impressed by the results-- even over a month later my pores still look better. I also liked the fact that she didn't try to sell me any products. There was a shelf in the room with products on it and I picked out an exfoliator, and was impressed by the low price. She wound things up with a few tips and what I should expect after the facial, don't exfoliate for a few days, etc. One last thing that I feel should be mentioned-- everyone should remember, *especially* if they have a living social or groupon deal-- tip on the pre-discounted amount!“
