I've had two excellent haircut/color experiences with a stylist named Catie H. She asked questions, offered suggestions, and ultimately gave me the best haircut I've seen on myself so far.
This Ulta location is quite spacious and consistently well-stocked with both high-end prestige brands and everyday drugstore makeup. The store layout is clean and easy to navigate, and the salon section in the back is usually tidy.
My only critique is that the floor service can be a bit hit-or-miss. On some visits, the staff are incredibly helpful with color matching and finding specific products, while on other days it can feel tough to track down an associate for assistance. Check-out lines can also back up a bit during peak but overall, it's a solid, reliable location with a good inventory. Parking can be stifling sometimes.
