I have been looking for a new hair stylist and took a chance with the Ulta Salon. Lisa Ferris was absolutely amazing!!!!! I have not been happy with my hair for years, until I found Lisa. I highly recommend her. I showed her a picture and we talked about what I wanted with my hair color and she got it right! My blonde hair looks beautiful and the cut was amazing. She made me feel and look beautiful again.

Meh. I spent $80 on brow tint and facial waxes The tech was nice and offered suggestions, and I get that my hair just was too short and coarse for the wax to work, but the clincher was when i asked if I could have the chair not face into the store (where passerby gawked), was declined and all my services were for public display. So, no.

Friendly cashier, if you are not good with lots of scents smells don't go in here! Most of the perfumes ar locked up including the tester/ samples so you have to ask to try them. Super frustrating, maybe just hire some security?
