“Positives: The office was very professional, very short wait time, and a pleasant atmosphere with friendly staff. The chiropractor was knowledgeable, kind, and performed a great adjustment of my neck and spine.
Negative: The first (and only) visit, with no complex issues, and with a total of 20 minutes spent in the office, of which maybe 7 were with the doctor, I was charged $255. That comes out to the doctor charging $2185/hr. ?
I was not notified ahead of time, of this rate. No to be fair, I didn't ask. I've never had a chiropractic session that cost more than $80 per visit. But, lesson learned I suppose.
This review is not meant to be a bash, only to act as a public service. Not everyone has that kind of money available for a simple chiropractic adjustment.“

“Had a bad back issue on a Friday of a holiday weekend...Dr Hito's office came through. They had no openings but Hannah heard me and said she would speak with the doctor. They moved things around and were able to get me in at 4pm the same day..remember, it's a Friday and a long weekend. Dr Hiro was great, he spent time examining me and explaining the situation, his staff made sure I understood my insurance coverage. It was the perfect outcome to an unfortunate situation.“
