I've been seeing Dr Starr for adjustment and get massage and Adjunct therapy here. The front desk team is always amazing, happy to see us, cheerful personalities. Dr. Starr listens and is attentive, not to mention incredibly kind.
I love the massages, the team listens and responds, I do have some favorites, but they've all been wonderful. I cannot recommend this place enough!!
I’ve really appreciated the care, lovely front desk staff and services, Dr Starr and his team are beyond excellent. One area to improve: I’ve found that when I book an appointment on the hour, the actual massage time often ends up being significantly shorter than expected.
Typically, I’m taken back a few minutes after my check-in time, and then there can be another 5–10 minute wait before the massage begins. (It only takes about 60 seconds to undress) In addition, the sessions often end 10–15 minutes before the scheduled end time. By the end, the actual hands-on massage time is usually closer to 35–40 minutes rather than a full hour.
