IBI Maintenance responded the same day after a car hit our beautiful tea shop, Cup of Tea. The accident happened around 9:15 in the morning, and within a few hours they arrived to clean up broken glass and begin the process of securing the storefront.
Cup of Tea is more than just a storefront to us. It is a warm, welcoming shop filled with loose-leaf tea, teaware, cozy seating, thoughtful displays, and all the little details that make it feel peaceful and special. Seeing it damaged was heartbreaking, and we were so grateful to have someone there helping protect it right away.

IBI Construction did a super job of replacing our rear patio door with an Andersen 400 Series Frenchwood Gliding Patio Door. (IBI is a certified Andersen installer.). From contracting to job oversight to installation, all went superbly. Crew led by Martin was on time and performed installation smoothly, listening to customer feedback as they went along. Coordination with a separate wood stain applicator was an important part of the job - with excellent effect. We now have an energy efficient glass patio door with elegant wood interior.
