Comfort Control Heating provides prompt and reliable service for heat pump, furnace, and a/c issues. A technician was prompt and curious, descriptive of diagnoses and recommendations. They came out the next morning for an elderly mother's furnace, found an electrical problem, called an electrician, and loaned her a heater. They charge a service fee for coming out, with approval beforehand. They came out the same day, fixed the problem quickly, and pricing was more than fair. A tech was sent out for an urgent a/c issue within a few hours. They were quick to respond and thorough in their inspection, diagnosed the problem, and got the system running again. Customers appreciate their service and will call them first in the future.
Heat pump issues.
Dalton was the technician,and was prompt and curious, which these days is becoming increasingly rare unfortunately. He was very descriptive of his diagnoses and recommendations. I definitely recommend comfort control and will be using their services in the future.
Elderly mother's furnace went out. I live in another state. I called several places in Mcminnville and everyone was at least a week out. Called Comfort Control Heating in Carlton 4:45 pm and they came out the next morning. They found the problem was electrical and called an electrician who came right out but had to order a part. They loaned her a heater. Very grateful. They do charge a service fee for coming out. They got approval for the fee beforehand. Will call them first in the future for furnace issues.
