THIS is the RIGHT company to use. My heater went out on Friday morning. Facebook recommended South Coast Heating & Air. I called Joe and he was at my house in under 2 hours. He researched heater & thermostat. Found the problems and rewired thermostat & replaced part on heater. Professional, kind, patient with this little old lady, and very tall. I checked him on Linkedin, and has GREAT experience and history in Brookings.
Great communication before during and after the installation of our two units. the owner and installers were amazing and able to easily answer all of our questions.
We requested 3 different quotes on brands/units and happy to not be pushed into the best of the best of heat pumps allowing us to make our own decision.
We were able to look up the brands offered to see its exactly what we needed and wanted but half the cost as what one of the big companies around is offering and in our opinion a better result!
We didn't get any hidden fees or surprises and the price they gave us at the start is what we paid at the end.
