“I highly recommend Brookings Harbor Physical Therapy. I shattered my wrist several years ago, and I could barely touch my thumb to my other fingers. Tara really pushed me during our sessions, and I have regained about 95% of my range of motion and 100% of my strength and dexterity in my left hand/wrist. I was unable to work for 6 months due to this injury. A hand specialist in the Bay Area was amazed at my range of motion and low level of pain when she examined my wrist and compared it to my x-rays and CT scans. I owe all the credit to Tara (and Rhonda, and traveling PTs when she took time off). The office staff is helpful, personable, knowledgeable, and you know that they care about you as a person. Again, I highly recommend this office if you need physical therapy, and I will always go back if I am ever in need again.“
