One specific Receptionist is horrible, very rude. Did a crown that was supposed to last 10 years only lasted one.

Over $400 for a basic checkup, xrays and a cleaning. Sent me to the Endodontist in Grant's Pass for an exam, which turned out to be nothing, another $455 for that visit plus fuel. I am pissed and disappointed

Went in for simple cavity work and debridement.

Was only given one half debridement but charged for two full treatments, or 4x the price. This had to be corrected in-house and the secretary didn't seem to understand division or basic mathematics.

They insisted on reseating some crowns which I foolishly accepted. My new permanent fixing failed less than 8 months later and fell out eating a piece of fried ravioli.

Records seem to be a mess here. Overpaid for a tooth pull which was them supposed to be compensated via check, only to receive a bill for the exact amount I was to be given a check.
