Free diagnosis and estimates. Super customer service. We live way "off the beaten path". Kelly came up and spent about an hour diagnosing our heating problem (which had been misdiagnosed by a previous company). Unfortunately he is not an authorized dealer for our system and gave us the recommended service provider. We offered to pay him for his time and he would not accept any pay. We were very impressed with his thoroughness and customer service. We would highly recommend his business for honest and thorough work.
