Ryan is the kindest, yet most knowledgeable and forthright man in the business! He deserves a raise! Their ordering/ customer service/ phone answering department needs overhauling, but Ryan is the reason I'm sticking with Orca.
It was a pleasure working with Orca Heating and Refrigeration. They were informative and engaging. Salem was our technician he was personable ,knowledgeable and respectful of our home. They started on time and completed the job on time they did have to return for a small issue but it was addressed by Brandon quickly and no more problems we had two complete systems replaced i would happily recommend them Gregg
