“I would highly recommend this company to anyone wanting to build a pole building. You will get excellent service from this company from start to finish!
From Arturo in sales and design to Rob Elison with Power Works construction the process was well coordinated and efficient with excellent communication on all aspects of the project.
Locke Buildings has assembled an.excellent set of sub contractors who show up on time and work very efficiently to do their part of the project. The subcontractor that really stands out for me is Rosendo and his crew of builders.
Locke Building's will do a walk through at the end of the build to make sure that every detail meets their standard of excellence. If anything was overlooked it gets taken care of very quickly.
We got a great building at a fair price and had a great experience!
Our thanks to the whole Locke team.
Well done!”
“It was a Christmas Miracle. I cant express my gratitude to Lloyd, Randy and the Team! During the 1st monsoon a few weeks ago, my ceilings began to leak, 1st one room... then 2, then the drip drip drip on my attic access. I feared the worse, my ceilings are going to cave in w/ no end in sight w/ the rain. Panicked, I made a random post on Nextdoor to get referrals. 1st response was Lloyd w Armadas. within 30 mins he was on my roof. over the course of the next days, Randy was a knight in Shining Armour, in the pouring down rain, tarped a big section to secure me til we could start the job. I could have & considered getting multiple bids & pouring over the details to save a dime here or there, but in the end... The extra effort to help me in a very scary time, no pressure.. just actual honest, hard working people that care about their customers safety was all I needed. I took a leap of faith & I couldn't be more grateful. The crew finished Christmas Eve, their lead guy on my job, came out on Christmas day!!. worked until dark, being so diligent to make sure the perimeter of my home had no nails, no debis ect ect. The job was done!! What would be the worst possible time to have to deal w/ this project, the bright side was Armada's good care.. I really felt like they treated me like family and i couldn't be more grateful. THANK YOU Lloyd, Randy and the Team.. You will always have a loyal customer w/ me! This summer, we will tackle the gutters! I HIGHLY recommend Armada's Exteriors... God Bless, Happy New Year and from the bottom of my heart... Thank you! Patti”
