Several years ago I had rats in my crawl space--very upsetting situation! Matt was fantastic in getting rid of them and keeping them at bay ever since with quarterly service. He is very knowledgeable about the breeding habits and lifestyle of various animals, and very competent. Matt is also easy to talk to. And although it turned out that I didn't have an insect problem, he spent time answering my numerous questions when I had a plumbing issue that I was worried was connected with flies.
