Called and left a voicemail asking to see if someone may be able to help with a stack pump leak and wanted to get a quote. Got a voicemail back saying they would have someone call to schedule. Next thing I know, I get a call saying someone is on there way to my house. Upon arrival, the tech was here for 5-10 minutes and told me he could take my well pump to the shop and see if they could fix it but that they really don't have experience with these pumps and don't have parts readily available. I have been working with Thompson Pump & Irrigation for over 20 years. They originally installed the system when I bought the property. After 20 years, I saw signs of bad gaskets in my 800 foot main line so called to have them replaced. I watched Chet & Derrick complete the job with speed and organization - it was so fun to listen to them go back and forth while working together -
As most irrigation companies they are busy as heck in the summer but they got me on the schedule and got the job done -
Scott came to the property to help us find a better solution for our COID weekly irrigation plan. He checked out our gates, canals, pumps, sprinkler system and our small bit of land. While we don't have much to work with, but he gave us a better plan to maximize our water rights with less waste. We'll be using Thompson for our irrigation needs going foward.
