Super positive experience training with Krista! Although I only recently started training with her, I feel like I’ve made the right choice.Because I have a few injuries I am particular about who I work with to ensure I’m not causing further issues. Krista knows her stuff and is easily able to modify exercises as we go to accommodate injuries. The sessions are appropriately challenging with interesting, new exercises and there aren’t any concerning pains for those injured areas after training. With Krista’s passion in helping me get stronger with balance and agility, I have been able to get better in every outdoor activity that I enjoy e.g. snowboarding, SUP and backpacking. She’s a great listener for my needs and always gives me creative exercises to keep my workouts fun and challenging. In addition to great workouts, she’s also very in tuned with my muscles, so her massages are magic for relieving my muscle tensions after every workout. Krista and her crew are top notch! We’ve been with her from the beginning and she is fantastic to work with. She’ll work with you on what your goals are and adjust depending on your ability, time, and if you have any injuries. She has a PT assistant background as well so can work with you on any injury rehab. If you get a chance try a yoga class with Tara-she’s amazing.
