One staff member apparently comes in when she feels like it, leaving the other gal to pick up the slack. That being said, the gal that works her butt off is efficient and friendly. I enjoyed talking to her and appreciated that she listened to me about the cut I wanted.

Very confusing trying to schedule a time for a haircut. All places were booked to capacity for the entire day at ten am. But these guys were able to get us an appointment for 1:30. Was difficult to understand the scheduling process.... Nonetheless they booked us. Unfortunately I had to cancel due to scheduling conflicts on our part. Appreciate the effort

I just had a haircut at Supercuts this morning. You really are at the luck of the draw of whoever cuts your hair. Judging from the number of negative reviews, there have been a lot of dissatisfied customers. However, today I am pleased with the results. I don't remember the name of the girl who cut my hair, but she's been doing it for a while already and she listened carefully to what I wanted and was actually finishing my sentences for me so I knew she had a good grasp of what I wanted. She was very friendly and did a good job. I will be back.:-)
