Lack of communication, not on my cardiologist part,he is good, but the rest of the staff. I was needing a localized surgery for another issue and that was cancelled due to no one trying to reach out to him, even tho they said they did, he told me no one tried to and all they would have had to do was call him, and as a result I have an even worse injury. Very disappointed in not only the cardiologist staff but also orthopedics for waiting until the day before my surgery to make me do their work for them and still not getting the care I needed.

I have only seen Dr. Sultan once and he was quite thorough but his office staff is not. I have never called the clinic and had a human answer. You have to leave a message and no telling when you will get a call back. As other reviewers have mentioned, this place does not make you feel that you are a valued customer/patient

I've always had a positive experience in the Cardiology Clinic. The receptionists are friendly and informative......Dr. Sedehi and Dr. Laughlin spend time explaining my care plan and answering my questions. Rachel, the clinic R.N. is a good listener and returns calls promptly. A very professional team!!!!
