Used to be a regular here, but the hassle of finding time to get a cut is frustrating and had to find another spot. The app shows booked every time I try.

Their no appointment necessary sign on the building and on their website is total BS. Clearly I am not the only one to have this experience. If you are going to advertise this, you should make sure someone who is not booked is working. Otherwise, as you are requiring me to book an appointment, this is direct falsr advertisement.

Really bad experience. Front door literally says "no booking needed walk-ins accepted", and we got sent away by two employees that told us we need to book online and they are booked for the rest of the day, but called back the next day and someone else was there and said no you don't need to book online. Why turn away business? How where we supposed to know to book online even when your employees lied about that? Very rude. Loved sports clips and always got my hair cut there but looking elsewhere and won't return.

My sweet boy had his first haircut here a few months ago with Hami. We have used other stylists and all have been great. One star deducted for making my toddler wear a mask and the app issue as I have checked-in using it only to arrive and be told there is no record. I no longer use the app and check-in online instead. Customer service has always been great.Service: Haircut

Sport Clips is perfect....no nonsense cut, shampoo....AND head massage. Clean, invigorating products. JOY did a perfect job on my hair...very experienced, fun, quick, and knew just what to do with curly hair! The prices are excellent, and again, no waiting, and no nonsense. I don't know why women don't flock to Sport Clips. So relieved to have to go through beauty "parlour" or "spa" experiences. THANK YOU JOY and SPORTCLIPS.

Again, I show up with my 13 yr old son. We wait our turn and we are on deck (next in line), the a stylist comes out, gets some one else and we are updated to a 28 minute wait. This has happened twice now at this store. After 5 more customers, that were behind us in line get their hair cut, we finally get our turn. I’ve never had this happen at the east side location. Guess I’ll never come back here again.Service: Haircut

I like getting my haircut here but sports clips needs to remove the it's haircuts for men. More and more women are getting their haircuts there.
