I called Simply Arbor to see about a consult as I had a papperbark maple I planted last summer that had a few branches die this year. They charge $125/hour which seemed reasonable. After explaining what was going on to Nicole on the phone, she asked that I send over some pictures and said she would talk with Ian and get back to me on when he would be able to call. Nicole is extremely friendly and reached out the next day saying Ian would be calling the following. We had a lovely experience with Ian and his team with Simply Arbor. He was responsive throughout the entire process, quoted us a reasonable bid, and finished the work quickly. We had a dead Juniper removed from our side yard, fairly close to our garage. Would definitely recommend and use them again.Services: Tree stump removal

Ian and his crew were very prompt and offered great communication regarding the job. We had 1 large ponderosa fell(even coordinated the crane), as well as 6 thinned and clean up of all the dead. The job was completed on time. The most amazing thing was they cleaned up every evening before leaving, even if coming back the next morning. Our trees look healthy and happy now!
