Last night hot water heater stopped working. Called Severson in the morning at 8 and had Tom and Zach here at 10:30. Quick diagnosis and the guys found we needed two new thermostats. T-stats installed and voila we have hot water again. Thank you Tom and Zach for your fast and professional work. I would definitely recommend Severson and techs Tom and Zach. The Bradleys are happy.
Severson gave a straight forward time and materials estimate. They did not try to upsell. I had contacted them for a competing bid and the salesman wouldn’t even give a bid until he had his tech evaluate our old system and confirm that it was in need of replacement as he had some doubts. This evaluation cost was credited back in the purchase so it was free in the end. Their estimate was far better than our other bids. The installation was top notch. The technicians were efficient, courteous and cleaned up when done. I am very happy with Severson and would highly recommend them.
