Pretty Nails

Pretty Nails is a salon recognized for its friendly and accommodating staff. Although the service can vary depending on the technician, the overall experience is generally positive. The salon operates on a first-come, first-served basis, and customers may encounter wait times. However, the pricing is reasonable, and the new location is pleasant.

The salon is praised for its skilled technicians, including Rosie and T, who are commended for their exceptional work. Customers have highlighted the salon's cleanliness, bright atmosphere, and the staff's fashion-forward expertise. T is noted for her ability to replicate designs exactly as shown, and her caring demeanor has made her a favorite among clients.

Some customers appreciate the fast service and availability of same-day appointments, claiming Pretty Nails offers the best quality and customer service in central Oregon. However, experiences can vary; while many enjoy their visits, some have faced issues with specific technicians, leading to inconsistent results. One client expressed disappointment after a less satisfactory visit, emphasizing the importance of consistent service in a welcoming environment. Overall, Pretty Nails remains a popular choice for those seeking a friendly salon experience.
