Very professional, hard working and efficient. 3 hours after we spoke 4 movers were at my front door with a 26’ truck ready to work. Good solid crew of guys and they took good care of my things. Much appreciated.
We just had Brendan, Austin and James from On The Move Movers pack, move, then unpack and place large items in our new place. So impressed with this company! They packed all our things in a quick and efficient way. They asked questions about our need and concerns throughout the move. Unlike other moving companies we’ve hired, these people took charge of our move in a masterful way, which gave us the chance to relax - we left everything to them. Instead of being an exhausting day, we have energy to unpack smaller items and enjoy the rest of the day.
I hired On The Move to move a piano, which a lot of movers don’t do. They were great! So nice, on time, and seemed like they really cared about doing the job well. I really wish I’d hired them to do my entire move, and I plan to next time! They were upfront about everything, no surprises, and I really appreciated their work ethic and care of the piano.
