If I could give it 0 stars I would. Trying to get a hold of anyone in this building outside of the operators is next to impossible. Lack of responses to the portal messages, call back messages, and just being told more or less lie after lie when you actually do talk to someone. It's crazy how you still operate.

My chronic pain in my hips has become quite acute so I have been trying to get the cortisone shots that my doctor recommended 2 weeks ago. They told me they had to get approval from my insurance and they would call me in a day or two once it got approved. I never heard from the office again and after yet another sleepless night I started dialing at 8:30 a.m. I was able to confirm that the insurance HAD APPROVED, but I couldn't get through to make an appointment. After half a day of endless transfers to different departments (Othopedics Upper Extremities, Otherpedics Lower Extremeties, Pain Managament Center, etc) and holds every call ultimately resulted in a dead end...read full review

Got in quick, Dr. Bollom listened, and I got my shots the same day. Nice office, good staff. He gives good injections of hyaluronic acid for my knees.No complaints. I am keeping him as my ortho go to guy.Kim Jones
